Bettilt has placed a significant focus on mobile optimization, with a mobile app available for both Android and Apple devices. However, it’s worth noting that the application is essentially identical to the mobile website. Therefore, we have combined our overview of the app and mobile website into a single section.
We did several test runs of their website using four different smartphones: an iPhone 8, an iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S10 and Google Pixel 7. We intentionally used two somewhat outdated devices, as we understand that not everyone has access to all the latest models.
SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
The user interface and all its elements could always nicely fit in the screen on all devices that we used for testing. Although some UI elements appeared a bit too close together on smaller screens, they still functioned as expected.
The mobile website generally loads quickly, the only time when it might take a bit more time is your very first visit. This is because most interface elements are static and will be re-used on every page, causing your device to cache them during the first visit. Once cached, the website loading time will be significantly reduced.
As already mentioned in one of the earlier sections – Bettilt has an embedded video player where you can watch live streams. This player was supported on all devices we used to test it and it worked quite well, provided that there was a fast enough internet connection. However, we do have some concerns regarding older smartphones, which may not support live streams or could experience significant latency.
USER INTERFACE
Now, Let’s delve into the user interface, navigation menus, and different betting sections that you will be interacting with. The navigation menu has a minimalistic design that differs from the typical horizontal scroller with a list of sports. Instead, this navigation bar only lists different sections of the website.
If you want to see the list of sports, you will actually need to press on the “Sports” section, which will bring up a list of all available sports. What’s great about this list is that each sport has a clear indication of how many games are currently open for betting.
Once you select a sport from the list of available ones, you will be taken to the sport-specific page. This will have a list of all available games, starting with the most popular ones. Additionally, you can open a list of countries and leagues if you’re looking for something specific. It’s worth noting that although the sports list shows the overall number of traded games, the games list doesn’t display the number of open markets for each game. When you are scrolling through the games list, you will not be able to know how many markets are currently open for betting in each game without opening that game in a new page.
Finally, let’s take a quick look at the betslip section. You can access the betslip from the menu located at the bottom of your screen. The green betslip button is conveniently located in the center of this menu. When you choose an outcome you want to bet on, it will be added to your betslip. Here, you can enter your stake and confirm the bet.

A functional and user-friendly interface design is usually a good sign when it comes to betting sites, as this will enable you to find exactly what you need in just several steps, markets and selections should be clearly visible and understandable while the betslip part should show all details relevant to your bet and additional options and/or features if applicable. Below are some examples of how Bettilt’s online sports betting section looks like.
The header of the desktop website serves as the main navigation panel that grants you access to the various sections of Bettilt. This also includes account management pages and payment sections.
