Creating an account at 21 Bets is quick and easy – the registration form consists of just two pages. The first page will ask you for your email address, password and preferred currency. The second page will require some basic personal details like your phone number, name and address.

Currently, 21Bets lacks its own mobile application, requiring mobile users to access the platform through their mobile website. We found their mobile website to be reasonably well optimized, so the fact that there is no app doesn’t seem like a significant issue.
We did several test runs of their website using four different smartphones: an iPhone X, an iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S10 and Google Pixel 7. We intentionally used two somewhat outdated devices, as we understand that not everyone has access to all the latest models.
SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
The mobile website performs efficiently across all the devices we tested. The only thing worth mentioning is that the sportsbook section appears to live in an embedded widget, separate from the main website. Therefore, your initial visit may require slightly more time to open the sports betting section than anticipated.
On your first visit, most static page elements such as icons and buttons will be cached, allowing your phone to load them from memory as you navigate between pages.
Once everything is loaded, the interface seems to work quite well. There are almost no loading screens when you move between different sports, tournaments and games. Managing multiple tabs with various games simultaneously is not an issue, you can also place separate bets in each individual tab.
USER INTERFACE
Now, let’s take a look at how the website works from a user’s perspective, how to navigate and what are the different sections of the website used for.
First, let’s take a look at the header, which is the main navigation panel with links to all sections of the website. The button located on the left side of the header bar will open a slider menu that has links to all sections of 21Bet. The button on the right side (where you can see your current balance) of the header bar will open a drop-down menu with links to account management pages like the deposits and withdrawals pages.
Next, the sports navigation bar is located right underneath the header. Please keep in mind that it appears only on the actual sportsbook pages, so you will not see it on the homepage. This is a horizontal scroller bar with a list of all available sports.
